Crest 3D White Whitestrips — hydrogen peroxide (up to 6.5%) on polyethylene strip. Approved for OTC use, but daily exposure can cause enamel demineralization and gum irritation. Different chemistry from Crest toothpaste — no SLS, no titanium dioxide. Limit to recommended treatment cycles, not daily indefinite use.
